Design, simulate and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems
Derive specifications for RFIC subsystems and circuits
Develop Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF/microwave circuits in SiGe or CMOS
Collaborate with system architects, DSP/ASIC teams to partition hardware/software
Perform IC floor planning and layout
Model package and external parasitic components

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering or computer science
5+ years RF IC experience
Experience with simulation tools: Spectre, ADS, HFSS or Momentum
RF/analog/mixed-signal circuit design incl PLLs, oscillators, PAs
Knowledge of digital comms, spread spectrum, QPSK/QAM; RF transceivers
Test equipment familiarity; long hours/weekends
