Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer engineering, or CS
5+ years RF IC experience
Master’s degree or PhD in RF/Analog/Mixed-signal preferred
Experience with Spectre, ADS, HFSS or Momentum
RF circuit design: PLLs, VCOs, oscillators, mixers, filters, LNA/PA
RF transceiver architectures; Ku/Ka bands; ITAR/export controls; US citizen or eligible
