Design, simulate and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits
Derive specifications for RFIC subsystems and circuits
Develop analog/mixed-signal/RF/microwave circuits in SiGe or CMOS
Collaborate with system architects, modem/DSP and ASIC engineers to partition HW and SW
Perform IC floor planning and layout
Model package and external parasitics

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer engineering, or computer science
5+ years of RF IC experience
Experience with RF IC simulation tools (Spectre, ADS, HFSS, Momentum)
Circuit design and analysis of linear and nonlinear RF/microwave circuits (PLL, VCO, mixers)
Knowledge of RF transceiver architectures and Ku/Ka-band design
Familiarity with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs)
