Sr. RFIC Layout Designer (RFIC Engineering)

📋 Description

• Lead layout for RFIC/mixed-signal designs on multiple silicon projects.
• Define floor plan including power/ground and pad locations for packaging.
• Estimate layout schedule and flag early complexity.
• Layout RF/analog blocks with matching and parasitic control.
• Perform DRC/ER/LVS and finalize tape-out prep with GDS.
• Collaborate with EDA vendors to trial new tools and features.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CE with 5+ years IC layout; or 8+ years.
• Strong analog layout skills.
• Experience with RF/mixed-signal layouts up to 50GHz.
• NM node layouts 22/16/7/5nm and below.
• Scripting: Python/Perl; shell; Linux.
• ITAR: US citizen/national or eligible for export authorizations.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends.
