Sr. RFIC Layout Designer (Starshield Silicon)

📋 Description

• Lead RFIC block layout for Starshield silicon.
• Collaborate with ASIC design, firmware, verification, and production.
• Plan floor plan, power/ground distribution, and pads.
• Perform layout checks and top-level integration for tape-out.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or 8+ years IC layout experience.
• 5+ years professional IC layout experience.
• Strong analog layout skills.
• Experience in 16nm, 7nm, 5nm or below nodes.
• Experience with RF blocks: low-noise amplifiers, VCOs, and mixers.
• Linux experience and scripting (Python/Perl/shell).
