Sr Safety & Security Manager

📋 Description

• Manage physical security workforce service providers across the region, driving service quality and
• Own the risk profile at regional locations and implement tailored mitigation measures in alignment
• Build and sustain a strong security culture by partnering with site stakeholders and business
• Develop, rehearse, and maintain regional security, crisis, and emergency plans; partner with the
• Support first response to security and safety incidents at regional sites — including CCTV review
• Support new building openings and site changes with risk assessments, design-drawing review

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing physical security operations in a corporate
• 7+ years in security management, with a major portion of that experience leading security programs.
• Demonstrable experience in corporate security management and managing large-scale projects with
• Experience designing security for new buildings or facilities, including placement of access
• Experience managing service providers and guard-force partners to performance standards and KPIs.
• Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
