• Investigate high-severity child safety violations with cross-functional partners.
• Lead resolution of high-priority escalations with sound judgment.
• Serve as policy expert on sexualized harms, interpreting guidelines.
• Own and execute projects to improve prevention, detection, and response.
• Analyze trends and metrics to surface policy gaps and actions.

• Deep expertise in online sexualized harms and child safety.
• Experience handling time-sensitive escalations involving high-risk harms.
• Experience owning operational projects from goals to implementation.
• Experience presenting analytical findings to senior stakeholders.
• Experience scaling processes; AI-driven tools to improve efficiency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• 4+ years in content moderation, trust & safety, investigations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent.
