📋 Description

• Develop and maintain policies to prioritize user and platform safety.
• Be a policy generalist who responds to escalations within Community Guidelines.
• Autonomously leverage internal tooling and AI agents to investigate issues.
• Own high-priority escalations through investigation, action, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Make nuanced decisions and influence others to take action.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement policies and assess risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience in escalation and/or incident management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Critical thinker, capable of embracing ambiguity while leveraging data-driven decision frameworks.
• Experience in sensitive content review and/or moderation.
• Exceptional communicator across functions at all levels, including executives.
• Takes ownership and accountability of user experience and process improvement.
