📋 Description

• Own commissions administration for a large payee portfolio with no errors: user setup, plan
• Deliver plan rollout and payout accurately and on time every cycle, including tracking ICPW
• Resolve payee and partner questions quickly and fully, so issues are settled the first time without
• Keep your portfolio fully compliant with SOX and audit requirements by following controls with
• Find discrepancies, exceptions, and control gaps early (for example, wrong credits, quota
• Make recurring workflows faster, more reliable, and easier to repeat by improving documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on sales compensation administration, including user setup, plan distribution
• Advanced Xactly skills, including administration, reporting, and troubleshooting, with the ability
• Advanced Excel and Google Workspace skills for complex modeling, data analysis, and reconciliation.
• A solid grasp of SaaS go-to-market compensation models (commit vs. consumption, quotas, OTI
• Experience working under SOX or similar audit controls, with accurate, well-documented work and
