Sr. Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Lead North American sales and distribution activities for assigned products, with accountability
• Develop and execute annual strategic and operational plans to achieve sales forecasts
• Manage relationships with assigned U.S. OEM customers and coordinate complex supply chains spanning
• Represent business and product interests in management-level negotiations with OEMs, channel
• Develop and implement North American channel strategies aligned with regional and global business
• Incorporate North American supply chain requirements into corporate planning to strengthen supply

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or related commercial
• Demonstrated understanding of global supply chain complexities within the electronic materials
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong sales leadership, business development, strategic planning, and commercial management
• Experience managing OEM relationships, distributors, channel partners, and complex multi-party
