Sr. Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Build and present joint business plans with buyers and merchant leadership
• Find new distribution, programs and white-space opportunities in each channel
• Develop channel-specific assortments, pack-outs and price points in partnership with marketing and
• Negotiate terms, trade funds and allowances to deliver revenue and margin goals and optimize COB
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of four sales managers
• Use data to accurately project sales and regular communicate any changes to the plan as they occur

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Required
• 5+ years of transferrable experience selling to Off-Price accounts and at least one of: Club, Value
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record succeeding in a fast paced environment
• Results driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends
