Sr. Sales Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Provides support to the Sales team with high attention to detail
• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
• Develops and enhances key Sales processes
• Maintains and administers operations systems (ConnectWise, MCP, Quosal)
• Manages outstanding quotes and proposals to keep information accurate
• Builds out reporting needs for the Sales team

• Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
• Advanced knowledge of applicable work area
• Ability to adapt and understand new technology/processes per business and partner requirements
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to interpret data and recommend changes to improve metrics
