Sr. Salesforce Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer and maintain core GTM systems (Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement tools)
• Execute system updates, configurations, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs and
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to minimize disruptions and ensure
• Maintain data integrity and governance across GTM platforms, ensuring accurate, consistent, and
• Develop and refine reports, dashboards, and data exports to support strategic decision-making and
• Collaborate with RevOps and analytics teams to surface actionable insights from system data

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools, and reporting software
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn system data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong problem-solving ability, with experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment
