Sr. Salesforce Consultant, Field Service

📋 Description

• Partner with customers to understand needs, gather requirements, and deliver Salesforce implementations.
• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions.
• Build and customize Salesforce apps using Visual Flows, Process Builder, Lightning.
• Develop solutions that optimize customer service operations and field service workflows.
• Collaborate with AI and technical teams to leverage emerging Salesforce technologies.
• Support full project lifecycle: discovery, design, development, QA, deployment, improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional tech implementation in hands-on consulting/delivery.
• 3+ years with Salesforce in development, configuration, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of CS and field service processes; solve complex use cases.
• Hands-on Salesforce app development: Lightning, Field Service, Visual Flows, SLAs.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, lifecycle, deployment, governance.
• Experience working with clients through discovery, pre-sales, design, and ownership.
