Sr. Salesforce Consultant, Field Service

📋 Description

• Define requirements with customers; propose and deliver solutions
• Architect and build Service Cloud and Field Service implementations
• Configure Salesforce using point-and-click tools (Process Builder, Visual Flows)
• Leverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions
• Partner with AI team to create innovative Salesforce solutions
• Stay current with latest Salesforce features and launches

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on project experience
• 3+ years Salesforce in development or configuration
• Understanding of Customer Service and Field Service ops with Salesforce
• Hands-on with Custom Apps, Lightning, Field Service Mobile, Visual Flows, Process Builder, SLAs
• Understanding of Release Management and DevOps lifecycle best practices
• Client-facing experience: Pre-Sales, PM/Ownership, Discovery and Design
