Sr. Salesforce Consultant, Field Service

📋 Description

• Work with customers to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Architect and build Service Cloud and Field Service implementations
• Configure Salesforce with point-and-click tools (Process Builder, Visual Flows)
• Leverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions
• Partner with AI team to create innovative Salesforce solutions
• Stay current with Salesforce features and major launches

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on project experience
• 3+ years Salesforce in development or configuration
• Knowledge of Customer Service and Field Service ops
• Hands-on with Custom Apps, Lightning, Field Service Mobile, Visual Flows, Process Builder, SLAs
• Release Management and deployment lifecycle best practices
• Client-facing: pre-sales/PM/discovery/design; Salesforce certs a plus
