Sr. Salesforce Consultant, Field Service

📋 Description

• Partner with customers to understand needs and deliver Salesforce implementations.
• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions.
• Build Salesforce apps with Visual Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning.
• Develop solutions to optimize customer service and field service workflows.
• Collaborate with AI and tech teams to create Salesforce solutions leveraging AI.
• Support full lifecycle: discovery, design, development, QA, deployment, and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years on technology implementations in hands-on consulting roles.
• 3+ years with Salesforce in development/configuration/consulting.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and field service processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce apps, Lightning, Visual Flows, Process Builder, SLAs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, lifecycle, deployment, governance.
• Experience working directly with clients through discovery, design, and ownership.
