Sr. Satellite Policy Manager (Starlink Mobile)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end regulatory strategy for Starlink Mobile.
• Advocate to optimize satellite and telecoms policy aligned with SpaceX objectives.
• Develop broadband/mobile spectrum policies to advance Starlink’s global success.
• Represent SpaceX in international fora and with regulatory agencies.
• Create advocacy pieces with technical leads to progress policy positions.
• Advise Starlink team on policies affecting program outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years in policy or at a technology company.
• 5+ years in telecom policy or related role at a tech company in wireless/mobile.
• Expert knowledge of wireless/satellite policy and device standards.
• Experience working with regulators and government agencies.
• Fluency in French/Spanish/Portuguese/Japanese or another language.
