📋 Description

• Lead RWE and bioinformatics analyses in CKD and rare diseases.
• Develop predictive models to forecast clinical trends from RWE and genomics.
• Create data visualizations with R, Shiny, Python (Matplotlib/Seaborn).
• Manage genomics projects end-to-end (concept to delivery) on time/budget.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Data Science, Medical Affairs, and Eng.
• Ensure data stewardship and integrate genomics with other data types.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or closely related field.
• 5+ years post-doctoral or professional experience.
• Proven bioinformatics expertise with genomics data analysis.
• Experience with large-scale genomic and healthcare datasets.
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of real-world data sources (EHR, claims, registries) and clinical endpoints.
