Evaluate and integrate new tech to improve production platforms
Contribute scientific insights across projects and therapeutic areas
Present work internally and at conferences; author papers/patents as appropriate
Provide project updates and technical analysis to cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

PhD or MS in Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering or related field
Experience in multispecifics biologics engineering; Sr Sci I 0-4 yrs (PhD), 6+ (MS), 8+ (BS)
Protein/biologics design, expression, purification experience
ADC/multispecific ADC design experience preferred
Strong molecular biology skills and sequence analysis tools
Experience with purification/automation instruments and in vitro analytical techniques
