Own screen printing & metallization equipment for silicon heterojunction solar cells.
Collaborate with Metallization/Screen Printing Process Engineering to maximize uptime.
Lead hardware installation, qualification, and continuous improvement.
Drive equipment reliability and throughput to support 1 GW+ per tool.
Define and track equipment performance metrics; optimize processes.
Work with vendors and internal teams to implement upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
5+ years with screen printing or metallization equipment in high-volume manufacturing.
Expertise in screen printing systems, vision/alignment, paste handling, dryers, conveyors, and automation.
Experience with heterojunction (HJT) silicon solar cell manufacturing equipment.
Proficiency with JMP and Minitab, failure analysis, and reliability engineering.
Willingness to travel up to 20%; strong project management skills.
