Sr. Scrum Master

📋 Description

• Establish team goals and delivery plans aligned with Program Increment (PI) objectives.
• Coach technical teams and Product Owners on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, Epic development, User
• Manage expectations and facilitate collaboration across multiple Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Engage in client discussions, negotiations, and senior-management interactions as required.
• Provide leadership on significant technical assignments and delivery activities.
• Facilitate communication across teams and organizational levels to identify dependencies, risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years of experience working in an Agile software development
• Hands-on experience implementing and working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Professional experience within a software development organization or closely related technical
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-tempo
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Kanban, PI Planning, and Agile
