Sr. Scrum Master/Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Agile program practices across multiple engineering teams with Scrum ceremonies, workflows
• Coach Scrum Masters, improve facilitation, Agile maturity, and team effectiveness.
• Act as Scrum Master for assigned teams: ceremonies, backlog health, sprint execution, removing
• Develop and maintain Agile metrics and quality accountability using Jira and GitHub data.
• Create dashboards tracking delivery performance, sprint predictability, cycle time, throughput
• Establish delivery quality practices, reporting, and continuous improvement across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master, Agile PM, or similar in software development.
• Experience coaching Scrum Masters or leading Agile practices across multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Scrum@Scale or similar scaled delivery methods.
• Experience bridging Product Management, Product Owners, and Engineering.
• Hands-on Jira administration (workflows, sprint config, boards, reporting).
