Sr. Security Program Manager, Commercial & Federal Compliance

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end compliance programs across commercial and federal contracts.
• Lead FedRAMP authorization and continuous monitoring with 3PAOs.
• Translate federal requirements (FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST) into program plans.
• Lead international and commercial certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HITRUST).
• Develop roadmaps, schedules, and risk registers; mitigate issues.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, evidence collection, remediation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Info Security, Public Admin, or related field.
• 6+ years of program/project mgmt; 3–5 years leading compliance/security.
• Hands-on FedRAMP experience (authorization, monitoring) required.
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, HITRUST CSF certification cycles.
• Knowledge of CMMC and NIST 800-171/800-53.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder mgmt.
