📋 Description

  • Design and develop ServiceNow configurations across CSM/ITSM/HRSD/SLO.
  • Architect integrations via IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP.
  • Build and maintain business rules, scripts, UI actions with Glide APIs.
  • Lead design and code reviews, enforce Azure DevOps SDLC standards.
  • Deliver Now Assist GenAI features (AI-assisted case deflection).
  • Collaborate on upgrade readiness, patches, regression testing.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise.
  • Delivery across at least three: CSM, ITSM/HRSD, SLO, IntegrationHub, or Service Portal.
  • Deep scripting with server-side JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP.
  • Production integrations via REST, SOAP, JDBC or MID Server; include error handling.
  • Experience with Workflow Data Fabric or similar event-driven patterns.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow security: ACLs, roles, user criteria.
