Sr. Services Learning Trainer

📋 Description

• Deliver technical training as the primary responsibility of the role, including classroom
• Train new hires and experienced service personnel across direct and indirect markets using approved
• Serve as a technical facilitator for da Vinci, Ion, and Digital Portfolio training programs.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations as defined by course protocol.
• Prepare training systems, tools, and technical materials to ensure safe, reliable, and consistent
• Maintain required technical training documentation, service procedures, lab activities
