Sr. Shopper Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Collaborate with shopper marketing to support initiatives across retailers and channels
• Execute omnichannel activations to drive awareness, trial, and loyalty
• Coordinate asset trafficking, releases, and retailer submissions
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and campaign execution
• Partner with brokers/distributors/vendors/agencies for retail execution
• Track program performance and deliver insights and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in shopper/retail marketing execution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Slack and Teams preferred
