Sr. Signal and Power Integrity Engineer - SI/PI, Satellites (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Specify, design, simulate, verify, qualify SI/PI for satellite hardware
• Evaluate silicon architecture, package, stackup, PDN and channels
• Troubleshoot, characterize, qualify, and debug across product life cycle
• Define SI/PI design, analysis, and verification processes and tools
• Collaborate with RF/ASIC/packaging/mech/thermal/software teams on new products
• Derive PCB material specs and channel subcomponents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer engineering, or physics
• 5+ years designing circuits, electronic products, or hardware
• 2+ years using 3D EM tools and high-speed digital channel simulators (CST/HFSS/ADS)
• 2+ years with high-speed digital design or power integrity
• 5+ years architecting, implementing, and debugging DSP-based SERDES (56/112/224 Gbps)
• 5+ years with high-speed memory interfaces and PDN design for processors/FPGA/SoC/ASICs
