Sr. Site Manager

📋 Description

• Lead overall site management activities across technical, contractual, budget, schedule, safety
• Manage subcontracted construction and installation teams throughout site mobilization, execution
• Plan pre-construction activities, including scheduling, estimating, staffing, constructability
• Coordinate issued-for-construction drawings, specifications, approvals, and technical documentation.
• Lead construction coordination activities, including pre-construction conferences, daily meetings
• Work with Procurement to develop scopes of work, evaluate bids, and align subcontractors and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional
• 7+ years of construction management experience, preferably within the parcel material-handling
• Demonstrated experience overseeing mechanical and electrical subcontractors within operational
• OSHA 30-hour safety certification.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering schematics, design prints, and mechanical
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-related tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $131,400–$146,000.
