Lead incident response and post-incident improvements

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in SRE/DevOps/Platform/Cloud Infra
Strong AWS production experience
Kubernetes expertise: cluster ops, troubleshooting, reliability
Kubernetes multi-tenancy: namespaces, RBAC, quotas, policies
ArgoCD/GitOps delivery experience
Terraform/Terragrunt for infrastructure provisioning
