Sr. SMB & Channel Sales Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead sales process optimization across European markets by mapping, analyzing, and redesigning
• Analyze process flows to identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and manual work; develop
• Align with Sales Leadership on strategic initiatives and programs, customizing go-to-market
• Monitor and analyze program performance and business impact to identify areas for improvement
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of programs, from requirements gathering and scoping through
• Drive understanding and adoption of core processes among Sales, process owners, and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business or customer operations, technical project management, or
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and curiosity, is comfortable working independently, and proactively
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Gong is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with
• Skilled at establishing shared goals, aligning with and influencing multiple internal and external
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale process redesigns or systems implementations
• Strong analytical skills, with experience breaking down ambiguous data problems, surfacing
