• Own and deliver on the D&D social strategy across platforms.
• Track trends, platform updates, and brand behavior to stay culturally relevant.
• Build analytics framework: define metrics, track performance, share insights.
• Foster a test-and-learn culture; design experiments and scale what works.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Franchise teams to influence content.
• Maintain an editorial calendar balancing moments, launches, and real-time opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of social media experience; 2–3 years in senior/lead role.
• Ability to develop sophisticated social strategies and execute hands-on.
• Deep knowledge of major social platforms; curiosity about future trends.
• Strong analytics: Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, or native analytics.
• Excellent communicator; present analytics and results to leadership.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams for content/resources.
• Experience managing brand social accounts with engaged fan communities.
