🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, or a related field
• Proven success developing and executing social media strategies, with expertise in social video
• Strong technical proficiency in video production, including creating both low-fi and high-fi
• Experience using social media platforms and analytics tools, particularly YouTube and Meta, to
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, film and video
