• Act as a technical reference for engineering teams, supporting decisions and directions
• Guide and develop professionals, promoting autonomy, collaboration and technical evolution
• Facilitate discussions, alignments and resolution of complex problems
• Promote good engineering practices and knowledge sharing
• Act as a technical reference with client leadership
• Conduct meetings, presentations and technical discussions with different audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Software Architect, Tech Lead, Senior Software Engineer or similar positions
• Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Knowledge of software architecture, microservices, APIs and systems integration
• Experience in corporate environments and medium/high-complexity projects
• Knowledge of software engineering practices and CI/CD
• Experience or knowledge in Generative AI and integration with LLMs
