Sr. Software Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain large-scale distributed systems powering the ML pipeline and real-time serving.
• Partner with data scientists and product teams to deliver automation and intelligence.
• Design and build Agentic AI systems to automate and scale ZPA segmentation workflows.
• Develop agent behaviors, evaluation strategies, and rollout/monitoring plans for agent-based systems.
• Solve complex business problems like threat detection and BI with multi-agent solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an AI-ML Engineer.
• Apply ML to improve key metrics; optimize models for accuracy and latency.
• Research new ML techniques and innovate ML-based solutions.
• Experience building data collection/processing infra, ML model training and serving.
• Expertise leveraging and augmenting LLM models for software development.
• Designing, building and shipping end-to-end applications at scale.
• Experience solving data problems with ML systems.
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems, agent architectures, prompt engineering.
