Sr Software Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Role: Build and operate full-stack services for the Pathfinder NHI Governance domain.
• Design APIs, data pipelines, and platform services across cloud/on-prem environments.
• Own features end to end with secure, scalable software delivery.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product, and design teams.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in cloud-native development.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming in C#, Go, TypeScript, Java, or similar with API/microservices design.
• Full-stack capability; backend focus with ability to work in modern JS/TS framework.
• Hands-on AWS ops and production services; IAM, data stores, compute.
• CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Data modeling and working with data at scale; testing and observability in cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
