Sr. Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Maintain and modernize real-time services on the Telephony Engines.
• Architect backend libraries and APIs to integrate with Telephony Platform.
• Build low-latency media pipelines for voice and video.
• Troubleshoot production issues across PSTN, WebRTC, and carriers.
• Run load, failover, and regression tests on Telephony Engines.
• Collaborate with Tel Cloud/Edge/Calling/AI teams to design call flows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software engineering, backend SaaS/real-time systems.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience or interest in SIP, WebRTC, RTP/RTCP, DTLS/SRTP.
• Experience diagnosing real-time media quality (jitter, loss, codec issues).
• Strong reliability/observability mindset and safe release lifecycle.
