Sr. Software Engineer (Backend)

📋 Description

• Kubernetes Engineering & Automation: extend Kubernetes API with operators.
• Custom Operators: write Kubernetes Operators to manage stateful lifecycles.
• Control Plane Logic: CRDs and reconciliation loops.
• Scalable microservices: high concurrency, low latency for SaaS products.
• Operational Maturity: instrumentation with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6-9 years of programming in Go or Java.
• Proven SaaS experience building and operating at scale.
• Cloud/Kubernetes experience.
• Storage experience: S3, NFS, NetApp OnTap, AWS FSx.
• Observability: OTEL, Prometheus, Grafana.
