Sr Software Engineer - Cloud Platform—Kubernetes Development

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate Kubernetes platform components end to end.
• Write and review Go code: controllers, operators, and platform services.
• Drive defined problems to production-ready solutions with minimal guidance.
• Participate in on-call, incident investigation, and follow-up prevention.
• Collaborate with teams that depend on the platform for workload execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulated market constraints including FedRAMP.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production software with Kubernetes experience.
• Solid Go programming skills or strong systems-language willingness.
• Experience with at least one major hyperscaler: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Comfort with containers, CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience building Kubernetes controllers or operators preferred.
• Knowledge of container networking, service mesh, or observability.
