Sr. Software Engineer, Data (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Develop a scalable data platform to ingest, process, store, and query at scale
• Create end-to-end data pipelines that improve SpaceX operations
• Collaborate on architecture, design, and code reviews
• Build prototypes to prove key design concepts and constraints
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development
• Deep dive into business problems; apply first principles thinking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, data science, engineering, math, physics, or related field; OR 7+ years exp
• 5+ years in full stack development, software eng, data eng, or data science
• Programming in Scala, Java, C#, Python, or Go
• Frontend exp in Angular or React
• Experience with Kafka, Spark, or Flink
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends when needed
