• Build backend services in Go for production use
• Design high-volume, event-driven data systems with audit trails
• Improve platform capabilities with clean, scalable design

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as Software Engineer
• Production Go backend experience
• PostgreSQL or relational DB in production
• Experience with event-driven or data-intensive systems
• Emphasis on correctness, auditability, reproducibility
• Ship AI feature to production or manage production AI workflow
