📋 Description

• Build and deploy agentic AI systems for planning and multi-step workflows.
• Develop scalable data pipelines to crawl, process, clean, deduplicate data.
• Own RAG systems including data ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and grounding.
• Design ranking and relevance systems for advanced search and recommendations.
• Create evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and observability for AI systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering with Python and relational DB design.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of complex systems (architecture to reliability).
• At least 1 year building applications using modern LLMs.
• Strong CS fundamentals, distributed systems, and scalable architecture.
• Experience designing and optimizing RAG systems (hybrid search, vector retrieval).
• Hands-on with AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
