Sr. Software Engineer, GenAI

📋 Description

• Build and deploy agentic AI systems for planning, tools, and multi-step workflows.
• Develop scalable data pipelines to crawl, process, deduplicate, and structure data.
• Own RAG systems with ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, ranking, and grounding.
• Design ranking and relevance systems for advanced search and recommendations.
• Create evaluation and observability to ensure accuracy, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Transform prototypes into production-grade apps with reliability and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering with Python and relational DB design.
• Proven experience owning complex systems end-to-end, incl. architecture and deployment.
• At least 1 year building apps with modern LLMs.
• Strong CS fundamentals, distributed systems, and scalable architecture.
• Experience designing and optimizing RAG systems (hybrid search, vector retrieval).
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex preferred.
