Sr. Software Engineer - Go/MongoDB

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance core features for distributed MongoDB replication using Go.
• Build and optimize replication engines for data sync, change streams, and high availability.
• Improve resilience with fault-tolerant mechanisms for outages and failovers.
• Develop scalable backup, restore, and point-in-time recovery for MongoDB deployments.
• Enhance CLI tools, HTTP APIs, logging, metrics, and observability for better ops.
• Optimize performance, concurrency, and resource use for large-scale production.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong production experience developing Go applications.
• Strong concurrency knowledge: goroutines, channels, worker pools, contexts.
• Experience designing distributed systems: data consistency, idempotency, and fault tolerance.
• Hands-on MongoDB experience with replica sets, sharding, and change streams.
• Experience building CLI apps, REST APIs, with structured logging and monitoring.
• Strong testing mindset with automated tests and quality focus.
