Sr. Software Engineer - Go/MongoDB

📋 Description

• Design and develop core features for distributed MongoDB replication, backup, and recovery in Go.
• Build and optimize replication engines for data synchronization, change streams, and high availability.
• Improve resilience by implementing fault-tolerant mechanisms for interruptions and failovers.
• Develop scalable backup/restore and point-in-time recovery across complex deployments.
• Enhance CLI tools, HTTP APIs, logging, metrics, and observability for better visibility.
• Optimize performance, concurrency, and resource utilization for large-scale production.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience developing production apps in Go (Golang).
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency: goroutines, channels, worker pools, contexts, synchronization.
• Experience designing distributed systems with data consistency, idempotency, ordering, and fault tolerance.
• Hands-on MongoDB experience: replica sets, sharding, change streams, oplog management.
• Experience building CLI apps and REST/HTTP APIs with structured logging and monitoring.
• Strong testing mindset with automated tests and quality assurance.
