📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance core features for distributed MongoDB tooling in Go.
• Build and optimize replication engines for data sync, change streams, and HA.
• Improve resilience with fault-tolerance for network issues, failovers, and recovery.
• Develop backup, restore, and point-in-time recovery for MongoDB deployments.
• Enhance CLI tools, HTTP APIs, logging, metrics, and observability.
• Collaborate via GitHub, PRs, and open-source discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• Go production app development experience.
• Concurrency expertise: goroutines, channels, context.
• Distributed systems design/maintenance with fault tolerance.
• MongoDB experience: replica sets, sharding, change streams.
• CLI apps, REST/HTTP APIs, logging & monitoring.
• Git workflows, code reviews, open-source collaboration.
