Sr. Software Engineer I, Evaluation Services

📋 Description

• Serve as senior technical point of contact for NinjaTrader API integrations
• Partner with TAMs and engineers to debug integrations and accelerate prod
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for integrations
• Diagnose and resolve API issues: WebSocket, REST, real-time data
• Own API support quality; establish docs and partner communication standards
• Build internal tools and scripts to improve support efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, APIs, and partner platforms
• Proven collaboration with TAMs and cross-functional teams
• Strong API skills: REST, WebSockets, JSON, OAuth, debugging tools
• Hands-on TS/JavaScript and Python for scripting and debugging
• Experience reviewing partner code and guiding architecture
• Excellent troubleshooting; logs, traces, and issue isolation
