Sr. Software Engineer II - AI

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate production AI features (RAG, agents)
• Build the shared AI platform: retrieval, evals, monitoring, guardrails
• Write LLM apps and integrations with marketing/BI/tools
• Evaluate model quality via eval frameworks; iterate prompts
• Use AI SDLC tools daily Claude Code Copilot Cursor
• Coordinate with Personalization team to align features

🎯 Requirements

• AI-driven SDLC: hands-on with Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor
• Full-stack ownership: contribute across stack layers
• Production ownership: end-to-end from spec to deployment and on-call
• Python proficiency for production LLM apps
• Hands-on with RAG, evaluation, or agent frameworks LangChain LlamaIndex
• Prompt engineering, context windows, and LLM output quality
