Sr. Software Engineer II / Tech lead, External Platform EMEA (Poland, Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead technical discussions with teammates to identify gaps in our telematics data platform and
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to make design decisions and understand downstream
• Ship features that deliver value to customers, consistently refining them based on gathered
• Deliver full stack features across multiple tiers (front-end, back-end and mobile). GoLang
• Be responsible for maintaining the production systems that your team owns and provide operational
• Make an impact on our core architecture, roadmap, and the wider engineering community.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and building products in a software engineering team
• Proven experience leading the design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of highly
• Proven experience in building, deploying, and maintaining Machine Learning-powered products
• Experience mentoring and supporting engineers and role modeling engineering practices within a
• Experience taking end-to-end ownership of product, feature designs, development and delivery of
• Proactive growth mindset, always looking at ways to improve the status quo
