Sr. Software Engineer - Internal Efficiency

📋 Description

• Embed with internal teams across the company to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and scope
• Own the full lifecycle: discovery, prototyping, deployment, adoption, measurement, iteration
• Build and improve AI-powered tools, agents, and automations integrating with Python/Java
• Drive integration of agentic software development across engineering, expanding adoption and
• Evaluate emerging AI tools/models; run fast experiments and convert winners into durable internal
• Define and track metrics proving impact (time saved, throughput, quality, cost) and communicate

🎯 Requirements

• BS in CS or related technical field
• 6+ years of experience developing enterprise or consumer web applications, ideally using Python or
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production: agentic tools and frameworks, prompt/context
• Demonstrated ability to work with non-engineering stakeholders to elicit requirements and drive
• Strong judgment about where AI helps versus adds risk, especially in healthcare context
• Highly proactive self-starter with unusual autonomy, contributing across design, product
